Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How long can I keep the Bouncy Castle/equipment?
A. Bouncy castles are available to hire from 8am to 6pm, if you require them later or
overnight special arrangements to be made additional cost may occur for keeping them
overnight.

Q. What happens if it rains on the day of hire?
A. If it's raining on the day of hire and you would like to cancel there will be no charge for
cancellation, unfortunately the British weather is hard to predict.

Q. What should I check for in regards to the site and access to it?
A. We need plenty of access to be able to deliver your bouncy castle, we would need a
minimum of 3 feet wide passageway to more the inflatable into position, please double
check the site is clean, debris free, no stones or sharp objects and surface needs to be
flat. If we feel the site is unsuitable we will not leave the equipment. We need access to a
power point within 50 meters of where the castle will be positioned.

Q. How much room does the Bouncy Castle require?
A. It all depends on which bouncy castle you have hired, but as a rule they require at least
6 feet on the side where the blower is located and at least 4 feet on all other sides. (E.G
11ft Wide by 15ft in length castle you will need 16ft wide by 22ft in length space)

Q.  Can your inflatables go indoors?
A. Yes most our bouncy castles can, we ask for you to check the height and width of the
venue and let us know we can then confirm which castle is suitable.

Q. What are your payment terms?
A. Payment can be made in cash on delivery, if you would like to pay in advance we
accept most major credit/debit cards and also PayPal payments but there is a small
transaction fee for this service. On some occasions we may require a deposit to secure
the booking.

Q. What is the age limit?
A. Our children's bouncy castles are suitable for 11 years and under (No Adults), this
means they are built and designed for the age limit in mind. Do NOT allow anybody over
this age as it can cause damage to the unit and they will be uninsured. (Adults castles will
be available from April 2016).

Q. Do you provide instructions?
A. Yes. A full safety briefing is given on delivery along with a safety sheet.

Q. can the bouncy castles go on hard standing ground outside?
A. No it is not safe, legally we would need at least a quarter of a ton to anchor the castle to
stop it from being blown away.

Q. how long does it take to set up and put it away?
A.  We normally allow 15 to 20 minutes to safely set up and 20 to 25 minutes to put away.
